The Practitioner on Complexity

Complexity is… well… complex! Next week we are starting a month-long series on this topic! So The Practitioner thought it would be fun (and it actually was) to learn more about who’s doing what in the “big world” of complexity.

The PractitionerLet’s start with some definitions!

Webster’s

The quality or state of not being simple: the quality or state of being complex; a part of something that is complicated or hard to understand (The Practitioner already knew that!)

Wikipedia

Complexity is generally used to characterize something with many parts where those parts interact with each other in multiple ways. The study of these complex linkages is the main goal of complex systems theory. (Kind of knew this, too!)

So… on to something more interesting!
