Neus Feliu, FFI Fellow, a partner at Lansberg Gersick Advisors and the 2023 recipient of the Richard Beckhard Practice Award. A member of the FFI GEN Faculty, Neus has been an advisor, researcher, and educator in family enterprise for over 20 years. Her training and experience integrate business and economics with psychology and family dynamics, guiding enterprise families and their leaders through the process of change.
